Allawah | St George Sydney Project

Since first meeting with our client, I loved the modern design of the facade.

It was the first time for my client to build. Especially for a busy family with kids, it wasn’t easy but our client trusted that Fine Touch Interiors and Construction will take all the hassle and the worries from the building process and we achieved that.

It was a beautiful run and the result speaks for itself. Happy satisfied client and a beautiful house is our main aim.

Monterey | St George area project

A French provincial design with unique features in every corner of this house.
Located in beautiful Monterey area, it was a pleasure to undertake this project from start to completion.
The architecture design with split levels, creating three levels of living areas and two big outdoor alfresco one of them leading to outdoor swimming pool and the other to lovely grass backyard.
The unique square concrete driveway with artificial grass was a pleasure to design and construct.
The interior classic black and white timber stairs blending with the French design kitchen was one of the highlights in this house.

East Hills project

We were proud to provide all aspects of the project from buying the site to completion of the project, going through the DA with the council, finalising the CC then the building process.

We also provided the interior design of the duplex. We chose all the materials and finishings including the colour selection.

After finishing the project the client got us to help choosing the right real estate to sell the duplex. The selling result exceeded the client's expectations. The client asked us to look after the subdivision paper work, which we achieved in a record time.
